Ā Private Coaching for Women at a Crossroads

Private Coaching Ā· Licensed Counselor Ā· 20+ Years Clinical Experience

The depth of a clinician. The privacy you require. Coaching built entirely around you.

No waiting rooms. No one in your circle needs to know. Just skilled, personal support on your schedule.

Ā Who this is for:Ā

Ā You're known in your profession, your community, or the public eye.

You lead the board, run the company or practice, chair the gala, and hold your family together.

People bring you their problems. Very few ask how you are.

"I can't be seen struggling." In a community where everyone knows your name, even walking into an office feels exposing. So you carry it alone.

"There's no one I can tell the truth to." The people around you are paid, impressed, or invested in you staying exactly as you are. Being uncertain in front of any of them doesn't feel safe.

"I built the life. I don't recognize the woman living it." The role, the reputation, and the achievement became who you are. Now something has shifted, and you're not sure who you are without them.

"Who am I to complain?" You have more than most people ever will, so you keep performing. You're allowed to want more from your life than success alone has given you.

The Crossroads

The moments that change everything. Most women find me at one of three crossroads:

When a role ends.

Selling the company, retiring, stepping down from a board or a practice, or watching the children leave home. The role that defined you is changing, and you're asking who you are now.

When life shifts.

A loss, a marriage changing shape, a milestone birthday, or a wake-up call. Life has rearranged itself, and everyone expects you to land gracefully.

When Your Next Level is Calling

More visibility, more wealth, more influence. You're stepping into something larger and want to stay fully yourself inside it.

The Work

Three questions every crossroads asks.

Who am I now?

Discovering who you are beyond the role, the title, and the reputation.

What is it for?

Clarifying the purpose and legacy of your next chapter: what your life, influence, and resources are meant to serve.

How do I live and lead it?

Making the decisions, setting the boundaries, and leading as your authentic self, at work, in your community, and at home.

The Private Experience

Privacy, discretion, and personal attention, by design.

  • Privacy. We meet virtually, in a private setting, or in your own home. No waiting rooms, and no one in your circle needs to know.
  • Discretion. Twenty years of holding high-profile confidences. Your privacy is never part of my marketing, and confidentiality is set out in writing before we begin.
  • Personal attention. I work with a small number of clients at a time, so you're never one of many. You have continuity, and you never have to start your story over.

Ways to work together:

  • Private Partnership. An ongoing engagement with regular one-on-one sessions, shaped around your calendar.
  • Private Intensive. A dedicated day, or a two to three day immersion, for concentrated progress at a pivotal moment.
  • Access Between Sessions. A private line for the moments that matter: before a hard conversation, after a board meeting, or ahead of a big decision.

Every engagement begins with a private conversation to see whether we're the right fit.
