Laura Kane-Punyon is a small business owner in Buffalo, NY.  While recovering from massive burnout, she found healing in connecting with other women, many of whom also found themselves depleted while expertly caring for every soul around them. This shared struggle and the restorative experience of connecting with

one another inspired the concept of Our Table.
Our Table gatherings craft the set and setting for the alchemy of women in real life community.
From professional, charitable, and personal experiences, Laura has long intuited the power of
gathering with intention. Our Table’s mission is to hold space for women from the community to

cultivate the spiritual nourishment that makes us less alone and more alive.
