Addiction: What's Yours
We've all got one. So it isn't a question of "Do you have an addiction?" rather it is more appropriate to ask, "What is your addiction?" Katie and Leanne talk about the shame, the guilt, the struggle, the avoidance, the numbing, the isolation, and the reality that when we get honest with ourselves about what we do to escape, we can get curious and have compassion for that part of us. And then maybe ask for help.
