Negativity detox:
For 7 Days eliminate the following:
-No complaining—including “venting” -No talking negatively about other people(if you do talk about someone, only point out what you like or love about them)
-No talking negatively about any aspect of your life unless you are planning a solution to address it. If you are planning a solution make sure you get yourself to a high vibration before you talk about the solution—otherwise if your vibration is low, you are in your Conditioned Self and you will not come up with the best solution.
-No worrying about yourself or anyone else. Use scripting with a positive unfolding for you and the person you are about to worry about (think about best case scenario). Remember worry is unproductive and actually energetically holds you and others back. It does not help at all and in fact has more of a negative effect.
-Media-only positive media, movies, songs, books. Limit time on news, newspaper, and more negative media.
