 SOMATIC PRACTICES
Carefully curated practices to guide you in mind-body coherence, which allows for deep reflection, and a system that doesn't sabotage you from living in full alignment with your most ideal vision and version of yourself. Â
 AYURVEDIC TEACHING & MEAL
You will be guided through a teaching on what you specifically need as we head into the winter months, and you will mix your own spices to support your body.Â
MINDFULÂ HIKE & FLOW
We will take an herbal hike to the 18-Mile Creek, where we land on the rocks for a gentle somatic practice to create flow in our lives.Â
COMMUNITY
Something we are very intentionally creating-a space for soul-aligned women to connect and flourish together. We have 2 pre-retreat calls to help everyone get to know each other, space throughout the retreat for deeper connections, and, just as important, time to laugh together.Â
