NOURISH RETREAT
Release. Revitalize. Reclaim your inner power.
The Shoppe at 18 Mile Creek

Friday, October 23-Sunday, October 25
For the woman who is always on the go
You move fast. You handle it all. Between the job, the family, and the inbox that never quite empties, stopping isn't really in your vocabulary.
This isn't a spa day. A massage and a mimosa can relax you for an afternoon, but they don't touch what's actually running underneath — the pace you've been keeping and the parts of yourself that get set aside to keep everyone else moving forward.
Nourish Retreat is a full weekend built for real replenishment — done collaboratively, in community, with practices you can actually take home with you.
- Â Your calendar is full, and slowing down feels like it takes a plan.
-  You've done the spa day, the mani-pedi, the girls' trip — and still come home just as depleted.
- Â You're craving real rest, not just a distraction from the pace.
-  You want real practices to take home — not just a weekend of feeling good.
- Â You want to move into winter aligned, instead of depleted.

One weekend. One rhythm.
Mind, body, and soul — nourished together.
Nature doesn't fight the turning of the seasons.
It's time we stopped fighting ours.
Right now, the trees are doing exactly what this retreat asks of you — releasing what they no longer need, so they can rest and grow again.
Autumn isn't a season of loss. It's a season of honest inventory.
What are you ready to celebrate from this year?
What have you been carrying that was never yours to hold?
What would it feel like to replenish before winter asks you to slow down — instead of collapsing into it depleted?
Nourishment was never meant to happen in isolation.
Each element of the retreat is built to feed the next, so that by Sunday, mind, body, and soul are no longer working in three separate directions — they're moving as one.
Somatic Practices
Carefully curated practices to guide you into mind-body coherence — the kind that allows for deep reflection and a nervous system that no longer sabotages the life you're trying to live.
 Ayurvedic Teaching & Meal
A guided teaching on exactly what your body needs as you head into winter, plus a hands-on session mixing your own spice blend to carry the medicine home with you.
Mindful Hike & Flow
An herbal hike to the creek, where we land on the rocks together for a gentle somatic practice designed to create real flow in your life — not just for the weekend.
Community
An intentionally built space for soul-aligned women to connect — two pre-retreat calls to get acquainted, room throughout for deeper connection, and plenty of time to laugh.
Reconnect with Your Intuition
A guided teaching in heart-mind coherence — how to actually listen to your body, quiet the noise long enough to hear what it's telling you, and trust that wisdom again.
(he)Artful Creation
Through a guided meditation on self-love and self-compassion (Meta-Meditation), you will create an art piece to take with you as an anchor that brings you back to self-love and nourishment when you return to the busyness of life.
PURPOSE OF THE WEEKEND
#1. Quiet the noise
Somatic practice and unhurried reflection settle the nervous system that's been running on alert all year. A regulated mind is what makes the rest of the weekend — and the rest of the season — possible to actually receive.
#2. Return to rhythm
Ayurvedic teaching, seasonal medicine, and the herbal hike to the creek bring your body back into its own natural rhythm — so it can carry you into winter aligned rather than running on empty.
#3. Make it lasting
Community and ritual-building root everything you've released and restored into something that stays with you — a way of choosing yourself long after the weekend ends.
Â
When the mind quiets, the body can finally rest. When the body is tended, the soul has room to speak. That's the whole of Nourish Retreat — not three separate practices, but one rhythm.

"The power of vulnerability and connection with amazing souls. The depth of the connections and being fully supported by women and a community that understands and “gets” you. The laughter and the tears… such a transformational experience!"

Whitney Fuller
"I can't just choose one favorite part of the retreat! Too hard. The hikes, the Breathwork session, the Journaling, the Let Go burning session, and the unstructured "downtime" where authentic-meant-to-be connections took place with each other."
