I've spent 20+ years as a licensed professional counselor and almost a decade leading a team of clinicians in corporate. I know the boardroom and the therapy room, and I know what it costs to keep performing a version of yourself that no longer fits.

When my father suddenly passed away at 57 with dreams he never got to live, I stopped waiting. In 2020, I founded the Institute for Female Trailblazers to help women do what he never had the chance to: live the life that's truly theirs, on purpose.

My work blends clinical psychology, somatic practices, and leadership development into one clear path, so the change you make goes deep and lasts.
