INSTITUTE FOR FEMALE TRAILBLAZERS & SOUL HEALING CENTER
RETREAT PARTICIPANT AGREEMENT, LIABILITY WAIVER, AND PHOTO RELEASE

1. Acknowledgment and Assumption of Risk

I acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in the retreat hosted by the Institute for Female Trailblazers & Soul Healing Center ("the Institute"). I understand that the retreat may include physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual activities, including but not limited to meditation, breathwork, movement practices, nature exploration, workshops, and other personal development exercises.

I acknowledge that participation in these activities carries potential risks, including but not limited to physical injury, emotional distress, allergic reactions, or other unforeseen risks. I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks of loss, damage, or injury that may be sustained while participating in the retreat.

2. Medical Disclaimer & Personal Responsibility

I understand that the retreat facilitators are not licensed medical professionals and that all activities offered are for personal development and informational purposes only. It is my responsibility to consult a physician before participating in any activities if I have any medical conditions, allergies, or concerns.

I affirm that I am physically, emotionally, and mentally capable of participating in the retreat and assume full responsibility for my well-being. I agree to disclose any medical conditions or limitations to the retreat organizers prior to participation.

3. Waiver of Liability & Hold Harmless Agreement

I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, and legal representatives, hereby waive, release, and discharge the Institute for Female Trailblazers, its founders, facilitators, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to my participation in the retreat. This includes, but is not limited to, personal injury, property damage, emotional distress, or any other unforeseen consequences.

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Institute for Female Trailblazers from any claims brought against them as a result of my participation.

4. Photo and Media Release

I grant permission to the Institute for Female Trailblazers and its representatives to photograph, film, and/or record me during the retreat. I understand that these images and recordings may be used for marketing, promotional materials, social media, and other business purposes. I waive any rights to compensation or ownership of such images or recordings.

I acknowledge that I have the right to opt out of being photographed or recorded by informing the retreat organizers in writing before the start of the retreat. If I choose to opt out, I understand that I am responsible for ensuring I am not in group photos or recordings.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

I acknowledge that all retreat payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in the retreat’s specific terms and conditions. If I am unable to attend, I understand that my payment may be applied as a credit toward a future event at the discretion of the Institute for Female Trailblazers.

6. Agreement and Signature

I have read and understand this Retreat Participant Agreement, Liability Waiver, and Photo Release. By REGISTERING, I acknowledge that I voluntarily agree to all terms stated herein and release the Institute for Female Trailblazers from any liability.
